Refund Policy

1. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return of your Hardero order. This applies to all orders placed through Cedar Wellness Review regardless of your location.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
- Unopened and in its original packaging with the seal intact, or
- Returned with a clear description of the reason for return (e.g. damaged on delivery).
Products that have been substantially used (more than one-third consumed) may not be eligible for a full refund at our discretion.
3. How to Request a Return
Contact us within the 14-day window at returns@freshpolish.world, including:
- Your full name and phone number as provided at order.
- The date of delivery.
- The reason for your return request.
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.
4. Refund Process
As payment is collected on delivery (COD), refunds are issued via bank transfer to a New Zealand bank account you provide. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned product.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns of products that have been damaged by the customer after delivery, or where the 14-day return window has elapsed without prior contact.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately at returns@freshpolish.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. You may have additional rights under New Zealand consumer law which this policy does not affect.
